Section Save prompts for users when other users are making changes

Fortrea has a large team with a highly collaborative proposal process. There could be mulitple users in a section description making changes. It would be extremely helpful if users get prompts before saving their changes of other users being there at the same time. We have this functionality when multiple users are in the Response field in the Q&A the ask is to have parity.

Clarifying Questions:

If you "ignore" the other changes and choose to keep your own, will those changes still be present in the Activities?
Would it be possible to have the pop-up/prompt when a user first clicks into the section description/question as opposed to when they are saving. This would avoid potential loss of work
