Same project should allow to import non English and English file

This request is from Adenza.

Ideally if the client receives another file from their client which is English we cannot create 2 projects as project count get increased and it will be difficult to track 2 different project for one Salesforce request just because of this issue.

So, Client wants to import files that do not require translation at all along with to-be translated files in a translated project.

@GS Karthika Valid ask. Not in the current roadmap. We will cosider if there is a similar need for other customers in future.

We have a similar request from Juniper networks, wherein they wanted to import English files to a project with already translated files and the system prompts to translate them again.
