Checkbox support for PDF Files

In working with Panasonic, we've run into a hard stop with their PDF files due to an overwhelming amount of checkboxes in PDF. The client receives the majority of their proposals in a similar format as the attached. Would we possibly be able to consider / support checkboxes in PDF for a future release?
