Write in UK english based on localization settings

Hi Team,

This is coming via Microsoft, and related to the AI Assistant. It would help eliminate one step of customization that users have to take on themselves.

@Bruce Duffett Can we use Org level instructions to instruct AI to generate answers in UK english? I think this can be a workaround? Your thoughts?
