Discoveries - Filling out Questionnaire for Client

RFP360's discoveries. had a unique function where the issuer can fill out a questionnaire on behalf of the client in order to create a new RFP. Currently this is not possible in RP, and Lockton HR Tech will keep Discoveries in RFP360 if this is not an option for them

@Justin Flor I would like to understand why do they fill on behalf clients ? I am not sure if Intake will be of help for this.
