CSV File Attachment Type - RFP360 Parity

Higginbotham has expressed the request for CSV files to be available to attach for issuer and vendors. Their reporting module utilizes .CSV files more than excel files and would prefer to .CSV files to save time on external reporting.

We will check on the feasibility for this. As a workaround it can be zipped and attached now.
