Does Audit Answers recognize duplicate attachments? It does not recognize images or attachments, however if you have text within the response that alludes to the attachment that matches, it will pick it up!

With creating multiple flag options, is that only available through Audit Answers? You can create multiple flags for projects in general, it does not have to be affiliated with Audit Answers. You will create them in Organization Settings, then all flags will be available for use at the Answer Page level.

I don't have Audit Answers as an option under my Organization Settings > Response Projects > Answer Library, but I do have Past Project Search. How do I access the Audit Answers feature? It is included in Business and Enterprise packages, but you need to contact your Account Manager to enable on the backend for you! Once enabled, you will be able to turn on it Org Settings.

Can it search content within an attachment? Audit Answers only looks at text. Past Projects will allow you to access the full response from any past project!

If I decide to archive Q&A that were saved in the content library from a project, can I still access the Q&A using the past project search? Yes! In fact, that is the ideal use case.

Does AI use the past projects to formulate answers as well when it is enabled in projects? AI Draft does not use Past Projects to formulate answers, however, once you add a Past Project response, you can AI Assistant to edit the response.
