Import to consider duplicate questions

This request is from Nasdaq (Adenza). Whenever we import an RFP, if there are duplicate questions in section/RFP it will ignore the duplicates and consider only one from them.

Client needs duplicate questions as well in sections. Also this feedback they have received from many of their users as well.

Please find the Client's words to our product team for this scenario:

"We had internal discussion on this, in some of the section we get more than 500 or 1000 questions and if they are duplicate the tool removes the duplicate and also we don’t know which duplicate question it has removed and then we need to sit check manually which question it had ignored.

Could you please make sure that the tool should not ignore the duplicate questions for us. If this enhancement is impacting other clients you can give a switch button at organization level where it helps clients to switch according to their need, to include duplicate questions or ignore duplicate questions, so other clients also won’t get impacted.

This enhancement is on high priority and we need to get this done ASAP."

Herewith, I am attaching a sample test file with duplicate sections an questions, which when imported brings only the unique sections and questions(4). But client does not want this because, it is difficult for them to know, which record, exactly got deleted, when there are hundreds of questions in the import file.

@GS Karthika Thanks for sharing more details along with sample file. As of now, we do not have this in our roadmap. Looks like this is a critical ask from them. Do you know if any other customers face the same problem? Also, do you know how frequent they get such files with duplicate questions?

@Khalees V As the customer has suggested, one option could be settings. But i wounder if this can vary project wise. Can Audit be tge right place to highlight this and let the user decide the best option.

@Bharath S Yes. We need to have this configurable project wise. We will leverage RRT for implementing this feature.

@JANANI RK SWAMY @GS Karthika This is ready in Dev1. Please check. The same will be rolled out to production in the upcoming prod release (jan 30). This change will now import question even if it is duplicate consequtively.
