Currently, only changes to the answer of a Q/A pair are routed through moderation. Changes to metadata or the question fields are not routed through moderation. Vizent would like the ability to have all changes to a record route through moderation. If a user changes the tags, it goes to moderation. If they add an alternate question, it goes through moderation. If they change the content of a custom field, it goes through moderation. I think this would be relevant to other clients as well because part of moderation is ensuring your content organization strategy is properly enforced so changes to metadata/questions, etc. should also be QAd in moderation.

Absolutely! I was kind of surprised when I found out that changing tags doesn't trigger moderation. In theory a user could remove a tag and it would never be captured if the customer filters their projects...
