Edit the messaging in the pending queue notification - to provide more clarity. When comments are added after the notification was queued - the preview does not reflect the updated comment.

This issue is holding up the GPS team from moving forward from gaining full adoption from their end users.
Notification Queue: Wants to be able to edit the messaging within the notification queue:
Once you submit the queued notification, they want any updated comments added (prior to sending notification) to be reflected in the email, not just the initial comments when queued to the notification queue.
