Optum S4 request
When the "Non-Business Day" setting is enabled, the system should calculate due dates based on business days, rather than calendar days.
The current behavior counts calendar days no matter what the setting is and then changes the due date based on the calendar date. Optum would prefer if the system just ignored non-business days entirely if non-business days were enabled.
