I hear a lot of organizations wondering how they can best measure and evaluate their performance on RFPs. I've often said a win doesn't necessarily correlate to a great response and likewise for a loss. So how do you determine what you did well, what wasn't so good, and how you can improve? I think this is sometimes easier in public sector when you can FOIA your response, but would love to hear how orgs public and private sector evaluate this internally. Also curious how many orgs do a post-mortem after submitting their response and what that entails?
