Multiple bulk changes in projects

Prime Therapeutics would like the ability to make multiple bulk changes simultaneously within projects. Currently, users can select multiple questions and make only one type of bulk change at a time. For instance, if a user wants to add bulk tags and flags, they must complete each task separately, requiring two separate steps.

@Pablo Ojeda I think the problem is they have to select the questions again when they want to update Tags and Flags for same set of questions. Can you confirm?

That said, if we retain the question selection, will that solve their problem? Can you confirm with Prime Therapeutics?

Also i assume they will update Tags and Flags for the same selection of questions - Please confirm?

@Khalees V Yes, they would like to select the questions once, then select multiple options to perform a function one time instead of doing one action at a time.

@Khalees V Prime would like to bulk update flags or authors at once here. I don't have visibility into the Jira ticket you referenced above. Is that something being worked on?
