Help on mapping a word questionnaire with split functionality

Hi All,

Can anyone help me?

I am trying to map a word questionnaire.

It is a word questionnaire, with a kind of cell, so I understood that I shall use the split functionality to divide the cell which will facilitate the identification of the question and the answer.

But when I export the answer, my answer do not replace the text highlighted in Yellow "Please type your answer here".

How can I do it?

Could anyone help me?
