Is there a tool in Responsive to automatically remind reviewers of upcoming reviews due soon?

We have a few reviewers who haven't completed their content reviews yet, and their review due dates are coming up in a few days. Is there a way (in Responsive) to manually send out a "your review is due in X days" reminder, to bring it back on their radar if they've forgotten? And if they don't complete the review on time, will an automatic reminder/notice be sent out?

Right now, I'm just handling separately and manually in emails—keeping track of who needs to be reminded in a Word doc, and sending out reminders in email. But it would be really nice to be able to handle entirely in Responsive.

Hi @Nikki Ross,

We do manage our reviewer process entirely in Responsive. We have the Review Task Creation set to 21 days so 21 days before the review is due, they start getting reminded. Additionally, each week on Friday I filter just by those reviewers who are past due and I click on Notify Reviewers and type a message like 'Please take a few minutes to review your content that is past due for review in Responsive.' That goes out to all of the past due owners.

Further, once they are 3 weeks past due, I put a comment on each Q&A pair, letting the owner know that the review is 3 weeks late so I'm completing the review for them and that they can update it if needed. This gives us the history so we can go back and say they were reminded multiple times but didn't update it, and it also helps keep the overdue count down. Hope this helps!

@Nikki Ross Hello. You could also (if your IT allows it) to push their calendar tasks to your Outlook (or whatever calendar you use) so that they see due tasks on their external calendar used by your company. When you set that up, you should have the ability to determine what items to push to their calendar.

Yes!

Go to your Content Library > Q&A Pairs > Insights (bar graph icon on the right)

From there I click on the # listed under Review Overdue.

Then, I have the button highlighted in yellow in the screen shot. You can type them a message and send it to all of the late reviewers at once.
