Currently, even if someone is made a moderator in the organization, any edits they make to specific pieces of content in the library still go into moderation unless they are explicitly listed as the moderator for that content.
I recommend removing the need for moderators to be assigned to individual pieces of content. Instead, anyone designated as a moderator in the organization's settings should have the ability to make edits that remain in the library without triggering the moderation process.
