The website allows smart tags, where you define a label like “CustomerXX” and fill in a blank to say Hernando County, FL. Then in the summary section, which is text only and does not allow responses, you can type CustomerXX and it will display Henando County, FL. This is very useful for clients who want their name to appear throughout the document instead of the word “Customer.” Adding the option to use smart tags in the questions and response section is due in a future release.
