Facet Filtering Available for Projects

Optum S4 Request:

Advanced search is present in both Projects and CL.They like using the CL Facets and would like Facets filtering to be available in Projects too. When a field is selected, the next field options are narrowed down based on the applied fields.

@Khalees V Optum is interested to have facet search in projects. Since this is related to projects I am reassigning this to you.

@Nicole Stanford Regarding the need for having faceted search in Project, we will consider if we receive similar need for other Customers in future.
