Optum S4 Request:
Improve overall end to end user experience. PB development is not easy. Sales leads view has way too many clicks, and errors pop up along the way. It's not obvious what next steps are for a user to walk through building a proposal, even starting with an existing template. Need it to be true 100 percent self-service without any manipulation by Sales or assistance from proposal team. Needs to integrate with Microsoft Word.
