Add CID number to the Project Report for answers where library was used

Optum S4 Request:

The project report should show the Content ID (CID) number.Currently, there isn't an easy way to identify which CIDs were used to create a new record/response when providing a response.The project report doesn't capture any CIDs. In moderation, it only shows the last CID that was used to build a new response. Let's say (3) responses (3 CIDs) were used (combined) to craft a new response within a Project. The Moderator is only going to see the last CID used, not all 3.

1. Are there two enhancement request? 1) Adding CID in Project Report 2) Showing CID in Moderation?
   1. If yes, can you create separate S4 for each?
2. May i know why they need CID in the Project Report? How are they going to use it?
