Optum S4 Request:
Updating Calendar View to be like Task View. The Dashboard view is not consistent with the Tasks view. Calendar view should allow for editing of the tasks - instead of reverting to Task view to edit. Would also like to see color coding in calendar view to show the difference of Project, Author, and Reviewer tasks.
Additional Details:
- Holding up the GPS team from moving forward.
- Calendar and task view ...They are trying to leverage this so that they can leverage Responsive's solution instead of their own current solution (which is tracking all events in an Excel spreadsheet). Using Excel to manage their calendar (microsoft project). Want to use ours and get away from this.
- The My Work, calendar and task view do not have the same functionality.
- They also appear differently between My Work, Tasks and Calendar as to what is included.
- Colors: would like to be able to color code tasks themselves.
- Siimilarly to being able to create and customize their own flags with colors.
- They are using question level due dates and they need these to sync correctly and be reflected in the views.
- Unfortunately. ...any questions inherit the Section due date, and not the real question-level due dates.
