I think there are two feature request here - 1) Edit the pending notification queue to update message 2) Edit email template
1. If Correct, can you create separate S4's for each
On the first one - Edit Pending notification queue - Need more details
1. Recording or screenshot showing the notification queued, comment before and after update

1. Can you clarify what "moving forward" means? How i understand is the GPS team in Optum will not use the product until we fix this. Am i right?
