As it stands, the properties view of a Q&A in the content library shows an unordered list of all custom fields with values in the record. It is not currently connected to the order of fields an admin can set in Org Settings - which only changes the order of presentation in the Answer Editor at this time.
I have a customer - BBCH / Bristol Bay Construction Holdings - who called this out as they have 30+ custom fields that pertain to 5+ unique groups of fields. The unordered current behavior makes reviewing this data more difficult and impedes the usefulness of the properties view.
This idea is calling for:
• Add group names to show those segments and help customers find specific information
• Enable an admin to reorder the appearance of the fields
The following image is specifically the space in properties being referred to in this S4. Note: this is not the customer instance but CSM Demo where testing was performed to verify there is not a way for a user to impact the order of appearance.
