Thumbnails for all documents

In general, thumbnails appear in the content library for all documents except for Excel documents larger than 8MB.

Prime Therapeutics is asking that there be no limitations on thumbnails for documents.

@sathish s is there an update on this enhancement request? Prime Therapeutics is asking and they are not happy that this has been an issue for so long.
