I've been working with symplr and they love the task templates. In doing so, we found that a few suggestions that might be helpful in adding value to the feature, especially where rfp process needs to be fluid.
currently, if you "edit" a task in a project you can only add, or remove tasks from a checklist. it would be helpful to be able to reorder tasks, like in the shot below:
