View Collections, tags, and custom fields that have nothing assigned

BlackRock EMEA (EMEA iShares & Wealth in our CSP) would like the ability to see Collections, Tags, and Custom Fields in the content library that do not have content assigned to them. Currently, these fields are hidden until something is associated with them. BlackRock believes it would be easier for new content or content reorganization to see all the available identifiers.

@Pablo Ojeda I understood that the customer wants the capability to filter the collections, tags and custom fields which does not have any content assigned in CCL. Meanwhile I would like to understand whether these customers had chance to look at Org Settings where they can see how many content is assigned to collections and tags?

@sathish s They would like to see these in the content library facets and it would be users who do not have access to the Organization Settings.
