Is anyone using Responsive to gather information vs share information?

I am a proposal writer responsible for technical responses to RFPs. I am also involved in helping our Solution Directors simplify getting information from customers early in an opportunity that will help streamline the solutioning process. Has anyone used Responsive to colate information gathered from customers in the pre-sales phase?

Hello @Brenda Carroll! I'm curious…what kind of information are you looking to track? I lead our solution consulting team as well….we do not use Responsive to collect info but you've peaked my interest now.

@Brenda Carroll I haven't had this specific use case but you can add all kinds of supporting documentation to a project when you are working on an RFP. That way the team can refer to all this supporting documentation within your project and don't need to go hunting for it elsewhere.

We are thinking about using it in pre-sales to collect and keep customer technical details. The intricacies of what we need for solutioning are more than our CRM stores and looking for a way to make it easy for Sales and Solution DIrectors to capture this info in the field.
