Only show your pending reviews

MFS Investment has requested that the "All Content" toggle be removed for individual users accessing pending reviews in the content library. They believe owners don't have to see content in the review tab that does not belong to them, and clicking "My Content" is an unnecessary extra step.

@Pablo Ojeda I understand that the reviewers do not have the need to view others content. We will wait for the similar request from other customers and consider hiding the "All Content" tab. With regards to navigating to "My Content" tab we will consider for near future. FYI @VISWA S

@Pablo Ojeda We are thinking to implement the user preference. This means if the user has selected "My content" then this preference will be remembered and the next time the user navigates to the page they will be navigated to "My content" until they switch to "All content". Manjula is working on this
