Save in answer library alert text could be a little clearer

Hi Team,

This is coming from T. Rowe Price, and has to do with this alert text:

They feel it could be a little more concise and clear. Maybe with an arrow pointing to the toggle and saying- This enabled save in answer library for all project records.

@bruce In the last release (September), we updated the content for more clarity. That said, before updating it again, I will wait to see if we receive similar feedback from other customers."

ADP is asking whether we can even more simplify the message like "Please note: Toggling this "Save in Answer Library" bulk option will send all project answers to the Answer Library. If this option remains disabled (as is most common), only questions with Save in Answer Library enabled on the Answering page will be saved."

Please let me know your thoughts on this.
