The project notes text area should be adjusted to display multiple lines for better readability

Current Behavior:
When project notes are added in a project with a text area type, if the information is entered in multiple lines, it does not display as such.

Expected Behavior:
The user has provided feedback on adjusting the HTML to preserve whitespace, allowing multiple lines to be shown correctly. A screen recording of the expected behavior is provided below.

@Khaleeswar Please see the image below of what I do every time I utilize the note feature. I always say "Please see notes below" and then place my notes in the comments, b/c I cannot organize the initial notes in a nice fashion (the lines run together).

@sunitha+1 Text area type fields will now retain line breaks. You can test this in Dev1. The change will be pushed to production in Jan 30 release.
