Ability to apply to all users for AI data filtering

Hi Team,

This is coming from Microsoft. They have certain collections that pertain to certain custom fields, so they would love the ability to apply metadata to all users, like they can in the facet view or in the recommendation engine.

@Khalees V When opening the advanced filters, the microsoft team is interested in having certain custom fields appear in addition to tags and collections, so that users are prompted to put in a value for a custom field. Otherwise, they would tend to forget.

Much like in a facet, they would like to have a custom field displayed automatically. Telling the users to click into the plus exposes the whole list, which is a little overwhelming for the end user.

Hi Team,

TELUS Health is keen on this idea as well. Their collections are a little messy, so they would prefer that custom fields be the default for their users.

This would also create parity between the facet view in the CCL, the recommendation engine, and Ask.
