Hello Team,
Here is a request I am raising for a customer of mine, Synamedia.
In the content library moderation view, the Q&A s of the projects are all mixed compared to the order in the RFP file.
When the moderator has to manage the content and moderate the answers to an RFP, he/she will be more efficient if he/she has the Q&A in the same order (sequence) as the original RFP: the same sequence of Sections and the same sequence of Questions (with answers) in the section. Otherwise, there is a huge inefficiency as the moderator has to change the context when moving from one Q&A to another. When selecting Q&A Pairs, for a Specific Project, the Sort function shall expose 'Sort By" RFP original questions sequence
Having the same look and feel in the RFP section view of the project will make it much easier to moderate
The context can be more or less maintained by selecting a specific Section for moderation within the RFP with the filter but
- The filter exposes Sections related to the other Projects, therefore a long list that needs to be browsed and only gets longer over time
- The sequence of Q&A within the section is still not maintained

This is a high-priority request for them, please review it and let me know your thoughts.

Hi Sathish,
Thanks for the feedback, with this release we will be having the option to filter content by Section Name across all screens in the facet filters.
So if we filter by Project name, the section facet will show section names related to that Project and within that Section the user can sort content based on Created/Updated date.
Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks and Regards,

1.
a. What does "across all screens" bring more compared to the current context ?
b. Will the filtered questions and answers in the section be correctly ordered in the same order as in the original imported RFx? This is essential to be able to moderate logically in context
c. Sorting by Updated Date and Created Date is already possible (**), but not helpful compared to the actual sorting as per the sequence appearing in the imported RFx for which RFPIO has normally all the information at hand to do so.
