Previously in RFP360, you had the functionality to score an RFP and not assign Sections to users if the section provides no weight to the overall evaluation.
Currently, it is making 1 person be an evaluator for a section with 0% weight.
We are needing to add a member to that section, however, it incorrectly reflects scoring tasks progress if the evalutor has finished all section except the sections with 0% weight.
