CBTS is looking to integrate with Copilot (BYOK) as they have this for their enterprise GenAI platform. They have also offered their partnership with the integration.
"We’ve since spoken with Brian and informed him that although Copilot isn't currently supported with Responsive, you've submitted the enhancement request to gather feedback from other CSMs and their clients. Brian also expressed that CBTS would be happy to assist with the integration, leveraging our expertise in this area.
