Automatically "lock" an assignment after the Due Date has passed

Client Fortrea collaborates with 1300+ SMEs that act as Authors on their projects. They would like to be able to set a Due Date for the Author and once the Due Date has passed the Author would be "locked out" of their assignments and unable to make further changes. This would help keep their workflow consistent and decrease the burden on proposal managers to follow up and monitor SME work and deadlines.

@Nicole Stanford Do you know what will happen after locking the editor for further edits? Is this applicable for Reviewers as well?

@Bharath S @Khalees V @Nicole Stanford - I wanted to clarify that after our call on 11/25, this S4, not "After Author Submits for Review they shouldn't be able to edit the Response", is the desired functionality.

@lee Yes. The feedback is to restrict from author from changing the answer after submitted for review. We do not have this restriction currently.
