Like in RFP360, customers need to be able to modify the scorecards to take care of any last minute requests from their SLT.
Currently, the workflow is to go through Support to move their RFP stage back to awaiting responses and then the customer can unfinalize the scorecard to review.
We need to empower the customer to make these types of changes to be more self sufficient in the tool.
