Documents should not appear under the unassigned label on the project name tab. Or Documents should have the field to place a project name. Customer finds it confusing that under unassigned all the uploaded documents are listed.

I would agree - this is confusing to users. We should either alllow the project name to be assigned or not show documents as unassigned.
