Locking Users Out of RFP

Hi All,

We're having a bit of an issue and want to see if anyone has any creative solutions. We set a date/time that assignments and reviews are due. We keep having instances where post assignment/review due date, users will go back into the project and make a bunch of comments for others, creating a lot of last minute hassle. Anyone else deal with this? :)

We would love a way to essentially 'lock down' the project after the internal due dates. We don't want to mark it complete until after we submit because we do reporting. We don't necessarily want to kick the users off of the project, though we may need to. Any other ideas? Thank you!

Ultimately, I think this might be a good enhancement request, as I assume others might run into this unique solution.

The only workarounds would be:

1. Completing the Project: As you noted, this would lock down editing access, but not be the greatest reporting wise.
2. Remove Users - You can remove Users from the Project. This would save their answers, comments, ect, but if they are Managers/Team Members (or another similar Custom Role), they would no longer have access to the Project in order to comment.
3. Potentially making an annocument in the Discussions tab reminding users to no longer comment, ect once their question is complete?

Let me know your thoughts, I know none of those are the exact solution!
