Current Behavior:
The "Search and Replace" feature returning records where the words are not highlighted is due to the term being present in images. Since our system uses OCR (Optical Character Recognition) for searches, words within images are also included in the search and replace results. This is the current expected behavior.
Request:
There should be an option for the clients to select if the Optical character recognition to see the images or just the question or just the answers.
