Character Count to include returns & bullets

Client Fortrea noticed that current character count behavior includes spaces but not returns or bullets. this has caused them to have an inaccurate representation of the character count and negatively impacts their response experience as it requires more time and extra validation. They are requesting that returns and bullets be included in the character count
