Option for Plain Text

Client Fortrea is requesting to have an option for "Plain Text" for responses. They would benefit from being able to enable this setting for certain types of responses that do not allow any kind of rich text editing (bold, italic, underline, etc) whatsoever.

@Nicole Stanford I get the solution they are proposing. But would like to know why they need plain text. Any recording or screenshot explaining the problem statement will help.
