Mark Project Template Ready for Review

MFS Investment is requesting the ability to create a project template with the reviewers carried over from the original but have the content marked as ready for review.

Use case is that MFS does several DDQs that are updated quarterly. They would like to use Project Templates to fill in as much as possible and then have the team review all the answers for accuracy. Right now everything is marked as reviewed.
