Hello everyone! Our team receives RFPs in several languages (English, Spanish, French, German, Dutch, and many more). Our main working language in the company is English, so we keep all content up-to-date in English, and we translate RFPs into English when mapping them so that all stakeholders can answer their part.
Now, when it comes to saving that content in the library to build our library in other languages, we are unsure what to do: if we save only the translated answers into the library (in order to avoid duplicating content that already exists in English), we end up with the question in English and the answer in a different language, which doesn't really make much sense.
So we are looking for best practices on how to build our library in other languages, and how to save those translated answers. Any ideas are more than welcome.
