DELOITTE ENHANCEMENTS 2 of 2 Proposal Builder: Content Reference Tags and Q&A pairs
@karthik k Dev (KKD) we have a new push from Deloitte's proposal team (Responsive already onboarding Projects with another group) for enhancements that will allow them to entirely drop Qvidian. @Aditya asked me to forward these requirements to you and get a conversation started. Here's the functionality that will help meet their requirements:
- Use of content reference tags within Proposal Builder, and general reference tag management could be improved:
- Better ability to pick or filter from menu of reference tags from within proposal builder or section
- Pick list: Typing "[c-…" doesn't allow pick list or filter by tag/collection
- Ideally a Section/Subsection template includes a picklist of the content reference tags it contains (ability to select/deselect as default)
- Option to display question as part of content output
- Deloitte and other customers display BOTH question AND answer in proposal output
- Consider proposal-level setting for CRTs to show/hide primary question
- CL: Ability to filter QA and/or Sections by existence of CRTs
- Nice to have: ability to filter QA by the Sections or Groups in which their CRTs are in use
