skip answers for parent questions - behavior

We told client that if you answer the sub-question, the toggle of parent question will automatically turn on, Kindly find the attached screen recording for your reference: Screen recording

But client feels the other way in his below words: this is counter intuitive after defining the question as not needing a response. So why should we be allowed to enter a response when we asked for it to be not required??

Use case : why there is one more step, when they clearly set up in the import config page not to have answers in the import page, since this could be confusing for users.

@GS Karthika I see the gap. Ideally, question without answer doesn't need to be marked as answered or considered in the question count. We will improve this experience in future.
