Ability to add a question when responding to an RFP via RP for attachments

CAPTRUST sends additional documentation in their RFP's like Terms of Service, Cover Letters, supplemental information for their issuers.

Currently, they can add a question "supplemental information" to their RFP, and add their documentation there for other proposals.

@Justin Flor not sure if this will fit the bill for what they are looking for. But there is the ability to add attachments in the bottom left corner.

@Vidhosha can you confirm if the intent of that attachment icon is for the use case Justin is asking about? I'd assume yes considering it's available on every response from what I can see.
