There is no product enhancement here. This is only an issue reported by customer and it was raised by CSM Ginno.
Issue - questions in a section were being answered one by one. After all the questions in the section were answered and when the first question was checked, the answer was missing.

I tried to replicate this by checking this in cloned projects. But I could not notice the issue.
