Exporting comments from content library

Customer (Symplr) wanted to export comments in QA pairs in the content library but it is not possible currently (ticket #55783).

I feel if we can export many other things like metadata etc., we should be able to export comments as well.

We are able to export comments in QA pairs in a project. So, why not in content library?

Customer has also submitted an S4 for this.
