I’d really like to iron out the wrinkles like this so we can move toward engaging more end users. Perhaps the email below should reference the Q&A pair instead of just the Comment field? Or maybe a Q&A ID#? If someone calls me and shows me this email, I don’t have a way to figure out which Q&A pair the email is related to if, as in this case, the link doesn’t go anywhere."
