Ability to autofill from a previous project

Via Stryker. This is something they saw when they checked out Loopio that they really liked (they still will be renewing with us). Maybe we could make past project search available as an option within auto respond? Would be useful for repetitive forms that just came in.

@sunder I am considering incorporating past projects as part of the AI Assistant, rather than using auto-respond.

Level 1: Exact Match in Content Library
Level 2: AI-Generated in Content Library
Level 3: Past Project Search
Level 4:

Reasoning:
If we introduce auto-respond, users might expect the same level of parity in AI. By integrating Past Project search directly into the AI, this will not only add value to the AI but also help increase active user engagement and create upsell opportunities.
